How did you end up sitting where you are today?

I started in television and radio as a promotion coordinator. I worked my way up to a marketing executive on Wall Street, and since then I have started my own agency and scaled multiple brands to 8 figures.

What kind of work does your daily role involve?

My job is to give strategies to our clients, build new revenue streams within our business model and bring in new business.

What gets you excited about your industry?

AI is getting me very excited about what is coming next.

What's the best advice anyone ever gave you on your journey in business?

Just do it.

What's the most challenging project or situation you've overcome to date?

Take brands with no marketing staff from zero to a full operation. Creating processes for sales and marketing, as well as customer care.

Are you using any AI tools right now to help grow your business or, if not, do you plan to use any this year?

Yes, I use it for emails, blogs, ads, brainstorming concepts and scripts.

Overall, do you see AI as a good thing for business?

Yes, anything that makes a human's job easier, and more efficient is a success in my eyes.

Overall, do you see AI as a threat or an opportunity in business?

Opportunity. New jobs will be created because of AI. People will have more free time to do the things that matter most. Like human interaction and engagement will be more important than ever before.

If you had one wish for the future of your industry, what would it be?

My one wish would be that brands would focus on results not hours.
