As a Career Coach at Jessica Posillico Consulting, I offer supreme, ATS compatible resume and cover letter writing services, LinkedIn Development expertise, and career transition coaching packages for individuals who are looking for their next big career pivot and need a bit of guidance. My own career change felt DAUNTING, so I share a blueprint I developed when I was transitioning from classroom teaching to corporate with my clients.

You can travel back in time to Day 1 of your business or career - what advice would you give to younger-you, knowing what you know now?

Fear is a LIAR. It is a self-limiting wound you will transmute into power. You have a gift paired with an unmatched, dedicated drive. Fly, sweet soul, and when in doubt: trust the process!

What one book or podcast changed your life?

"The Secret" has been a spiritual and emotional reminder for me that I attract what I put out into the Universe. Integrity attracts integrity, positivity breeds positivity, and goals manifest with aligned action.

As for podcasts, my very own podcast SAFE SPACE WITH JESSPOS has quite literally changed how I view myself as a female business owner with a voice. I suggest entrepreneurs just getting started to listen to the EARLY episodes of podcasts that are doing what YOU aspire to do. It helps to see the early stages, so you can visualize the scope of the Entrepreneur's journey. It's not 0-100K followers overnight, and it shouldn't be. But with consistency, we will all achieve what we set out to.
